Idapted - Hiring English Tutors!

Published by cindy23 at 1:00 am under Business, Careers, Tutoring, Working From Home Edit This

I am supervisor trainer for Idapted. The HR department asked me to help recruit trainers for our growing company. Idapted teaches Chinese students how to speak English correctly. Many of these students are preparing for the IELTS or TOEFL examinations. Others are businessman or every day citizens just wanting to learn English.

Although experience is not necessary except strong English skills; prior English tutoring and traveling experience is a plus. You must be dedicated, patient with the students as they all have different speaking levels, and reliable. Although you will be working from home, and we are a great team, this is a JOB! We take attendance and the quality of your work serious.

You are paid by each call you take, and if you are good at multi-tasking you can easily take three to four calls per hour. We have a great forum and chat room to enable trainers to discuss student progress and get to know each other. Smile You never know when you may earn extra money or a gift card by finding something hidden in a forum or by participating in a weekly meeting.

If you would like to help others achieve their goals, are dependable, and want to learn about another culture apply with us http://www.idapted.com/opportunities/whyjoin.html
