Getafreelancer.com is similar to other sites such as Odesk and Guru, where you search for jobs and then bid on them. There are a variety of jobs listed such as graphics, virtual assistants, data entry, and copy writing. You can click on the project and read about it before placing a bid. My biggest problem with these types of sites is doing the work, and taking the risk of not being paid.
The plus side is you can do a variety of jobs, and if a particular person or company likes your work they may keep you on long-term. You may score a great job if you work hard. I did not spend a great deal of time on the site to see if there were any ratings on the company/people posting the positions. I did notice they do have a dispute/resolution center, which is a nice feature.
For more information you can check out the site here http://www.getafreelancer.com/

Another great program I belong to is Johnson and Johnson Friends and Neighbors. Although I cannot give too much detail due to the confidentiality agreement I signed, I can tell you to SIGN UP! You take short surveys, and if you qualify, you evaluate products and are compensated. You are not allowed to discuss the products with anyone that you are evaluating as they are not yet on the market. I really love this program, because you are really helping deciding what may or may not be sold in the future, or what can be improved upon before something hits the shelves.
I am not sure why I am such a good target lately, but I have been averaging two test products a week from various companies! The fact is I am creature of habit. In my surveys I let them know I am die hard Philosophy user for all my skincare products. Maybe that is why I am being targeted, perhaps other companies are trying to sway my purchasing habits! I am more than happy to test new products and let others know about them, or let the companies know how they compare to what I currently use!

They are hiring representatives to take inbound customer care calls, to answer questions, troubleshoot problems with their product and arrange services or replacements as needed. Candidates are paid hourly, the schedule is flexible, and you can work from the comfort of your home.

I was the hit of my moms birthday party with all the freebies I was able to give away this weekend. We celebrated her birthday with my free Haagen Daz tasting from Shespeaks! I received seven different pints of ice cream for my guest to taste and gave them each a coupon for a $1.00 off their purchase. Not sure how far that will get them because I know Haagen Daz can be pricey. they had a great time sampling all the ice creams, and commenting on their favorites. The favorites were mint and coffee. The not so favorites were passion fruit (which was said to be too sweet), and ginger (that just should not be in an ice cream). My husband did like the ginger, he is happy we have almost the entire pint left.
I also received three bottles of Nature’s Souce cleaners from BZZ Agent, and 10 FREE Coupons to hand out to family friends to try the products for free. This was a big hit also. Everyone was more than willing to try something better for our environment, and better for our health, and of course it was free!
Also from BZZ, I had coupons for Glad Sense and Spray, The Fragrance Collection by Glade, and Pledge Fabric Sweeper. These were also a big hit. Even though they were not free, they were for a good amount off to try the product.
Finally, I had some Jergens lotion samples and $2.00 off coupons to share. This was popular too, as everyone likes to sample a product before they try it.
My mom had a great birthday and we had a great time sampling and testing products! By the way, I did buy her regular gifts, I did not just give her freebies!
Easter is coming, they may not invite me if I do not have a loot bag with me!
