Another Small Job to Past the Time….

Published by cindy23 at 10:57 am under Working From Home Edit This

Now and then, I would apply for other jobs that would intrigue me. I was not sure if I would accept them or not, but in the work at home world you never know if the job you take is going to work out for you. You can accumulate many jobs when you work at home, because after all you are in the comfort of your own world! You are working on your terms (most of the time), choosing your hours, and picking more than one ideal job for yourself. Yes, some people have more than one job that they commute to, but do they have five or six? The next job I applied for and accepted was one for a polling company called Public Opinion Research. Honestly, I only worked a few times for them, and technically I am still an independent contractor for them (remember stay in good graces with any job you enjoyed!) Basically, you called people and asked survey questions, mostly politically. Things are on hold with them right now, due to a change in ownership. Calls lasted anywhere from five to fifteen minutes. You were paid based on how many surveys you completed. It was pretty interesting. You have to have long distance on your phone, I however used Skype and it worked out great for me. A nice tax write off! (We will get to tax deductions in a future post) Laughing

Could you maybe coach us on good sites for online job openings? Right now I’m looking at odesk, which seems very together. But it looks like I’ll hardly ever get work. Would appreciate your input.

This job sounds interesting. I have long distance so I might be able to do this job. Thanks for posting the link.
